Can I pay for water toys at the base before my sailing trip?
Answer:
Yes, you can always pay for the extras at the base. Please keep in mind that and additional 15% service fee applies for the payment made at the base. You can also pay for the extras on your boat rental directly on Sailo, at the moment of your booking, and save 10%.

Yes, this boat rental price includes both beach and bath towels.

Question:
What if my sailing resume doesn't meet the requirements for bareboat charter?
Answer:
In case your sailing resume doesn't meet the requirements for the bareboat charter, either a mandatory captain will be added to your boat rental or you hire a skipper for initial few days. You can check the skipper cost on the next page.

Can I pay the boat rental price with multiple credit cards? If yes,how many we can use?
Answer:
Yes, you can pay the boat rental price and extras with multiple cards. We can create multiple installments (as many as you want) and you or each person in your group can log in the same account and pay an installment with their own credit card. We don't save payment info on this platform, so people logging in and paying through the same account would not have access to see credit card details of the others.

If weather is bad, how do refunds work?
Answer:
If weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe, please contact the boat owner to reschedule or work out a refund.
