Danielle and her family were a pleasure to have onboard. Danielle was great to communicate with and quick to respond before and after confirming the booking.

Before the booking was confirmed there was a blip on Sailo's side that prevented us from receiving email and app inquiry notifications. We had no idea she was trying to finalize the booking. She tried one last time and we finally got the message, she was very understanding of the situation.

We are so grateful that she did try one more time because we got to be a part of a very special moment when her son proposed to his girlfriend on the bow of our boat with fireworks going off in the background over Waikiki Beach.
