Overall great experience. Pictures of the boat are accurate, captain and mate were doing great job, water and soft drinks were available on board for free as promised. We had lot of fun.

When planning a party count heads in advance as they charge $85 for every person on top of 15, so if you plan to have extra 5 or more people, alternatives with fixed per hour rate with no limit within pontoon capacity might be a smart choice. But the charging policy was published and clearly explained in advance, so everything was fair.

The charter experience had the potential to be great, but it was severely impacted by an unacceptable incident involving the captain. During the trip, I discovered the captain secretly taking photos of the women on board without asking for permission. At first, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he might have been documenting the charter with the intention of sharing the photos with us. However, that was not the case.

When I confronted him and reviewed the images he was capturing, it became clear that they were highly inappropriate and explicit in nature. I immediately insisted that he delete the photos, which he did. Following the incident, I reached out to customer support and the owner to report what had happened and seek resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with a complete lack of support, acknowledgement, or sensitivity regarding the seriousness of the situation.

This was a deeply disturbing experience, and the response from customer service only compounded the violation. A situation like this deserves to be addressed with urgency and care, and I was extremely disappointed by the handling of my concerns.

We had a great time, would recommend them!
