Owners and Captains BEWARE!

The booking process she was responsive and easy to work with. No complaints. Unfortunately, the group of women she was with for a friend's bachelorette party were horrible. Our captain, who has 20 years experience has never experienced behavior like that. Before they left the channel, one guest projectile vomited on our captain. Then later, two ladies ignored safety instructions after multiple requests and refused to use reef safe sunscreen that is law in the Virgin Islands. We even provide it for guests that forget or bring the wrong kind. One lady intentionally stood up and reapplied spray sunscreen. They blew our speakers out after repeated requests not to turn all the way up because of that.

Due to how horrible they were, our captain brought them back to the dock 10 minutes early, only 10 min. They refused to get off the boat. Marina security had to get involved and then they threw our cushions on ground, our captain's flip flops in the water and her cup across the boat. The marina office staff spoke with us. I do not think it was this actual guest but she should have told her guests to be respectful because it was under her name. They also tried to knock my captain's cell phone out of her hand. A few witnesses were in utter shock at their behavior, including the marina staff. Earlier before the trip, the came into the marina to get a parking pass and got angry that a mask was required to enter office. This is during COVID. It is a policy and they were verbally abusive to that staff as well.

The worst was calling my captain a racist and saying it was race based. What these women did not know is how our captain is a champion for equality and race relations. They have no clue what boards she sits on, who her friends are, what her family looks like. If they knew, they would definitely not be saying such remarks.

They said horrific stuff to her. I was so disheartened to be called in SC while it was going on to hear what was being said. We have always had all 5 star reviews. That tells you plenty about our captain and our services. This was a nightmare never worth repeating.

I could not have been happier after my trip with Frank. I had planned a surprise 30th birthday party with 40 friends and family. I had no idea how charting a boat would be, but Frank made everything so easy for me. He was so attentive and nice to work with. During covid I thought it may be more difficult, but frank upgraded me to his larger boat so i was able to accommodate more guests. The boat was amazing, two floors, very spacious, with lounging furniture, and room for a dj.

His staff was unbelievable!! They were so accommodating and made sure everything I needed or had a worry about was taken care of. The food was delicious, the lamb chops were to die for, and the servers made sure the food kept coming. The bar tender was awesome, so personable and had just as much fun with us!! The whole experience was absolutely amazing, everyone was so friendly, the views were breathtaking, the weather couldn't have been better, i can’t say one person was disappointed.

Highly recommend this, it was worth every penny! If i am ever in need of a boat again i know exactly who to go to.
