Best boat ride ever! The crew could not have been any better. Would highly recommend. Next time we are back in Miami, we will be booking with them!

Where do I begin by far the worst part if my 40th Birthday. Lets start with the ant and roaches on the boat. The description clearly said working A/C and refrigerator which bout didn't work the captain tells us its Miami weather why it was so hot in the inside of the boat. Description also says ice and cups will be available, we almost had to share cups to take drinks. And not to forget that the boat broke down and we had to change boats in the middle of my trip. Lost a ton of time just sitting waiting for help. With all that had happen to us on the 4 hour trip they only offer alot of sorrow and on 300 refund. For a trip that cost $2000. I will never use tbe charter ever again if I could give a 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I've ever had in Miami.
