John, our captain was lovely and coordinated everything with us. Everything was very well organized. The boat was clean. Will recommend to friends!
The weather was not good, there was rain all day until 4:30 pm, anyway, the captain did not cancel the trip and the Manager/owner never took my calls
Our communication with Alejandra and her team was great leading up to the trip. Unfortunately when we arrived at the boat we were informed that there was an issue with the battery but that they were going to fix it. We waited on the boat for almost 2 hours before they updated us that we could in fact not take that boat out due to whatever mechanical issue. They did accommodate us on another vessel which was definitely a little bit smaller than the boat we had reserved but we are a pretty easy going group and once we had all out stuff moved to the new boat and were on the water we had an excellent time. The new captain and crew were very kind and accommodating considering our bumpy start to the afternoon. If the mechanical issue had not happened it would have been a 5 star day!
We rented Avi's boat for a lowkey birthday hang on the Hudson. Avi was exceptional at communication and setting up the trip. Our Captain Drew was communicative, kind, and skilled at navigating around the Hudson. It turned out to be a perfect fall day of boating thanks to Avi and Captain Drew. Thank you both! We will definitely book again!
