Requested a half day rental from from 12pm to 4pm . Deposit was taken and boat charge was on my credit card. Day of trip I spent hours trying to contact and find out where the boat was . Finally a got a email and called and said they were extremely busy and I could have the boat from 3pm to 7pm that day . I said no thank you, please credit my credit card the full amount .
