We had an amazing time sailing with Remco and Laetitia! From the beginning, we felt completely safe and well taken care of. They were an incredible team professional, friendly, and so flexible with the itinerary. They really listened to what we wanted and adjusted our plans based on what we felt like doing each day.
A special mention to our host, Laetitia the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. She made the experience even more special.
We made so many wonderful memories during this trip and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely book with Remco and Laetitia again.
10/10 highly recommended!
The trip was a birthday celebration with myself and four others. It was a beautiful day perfect for sailing.. Alan greeted us and made us comfortable from the very beginning. He explained everything we needed and was thorough from beginning to end. Alan and his crew mate bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and wanted for nothing. It felt like we were sailing with an old friend. The whole trip was well worth every penny and I can't wait to do it again.
Thank you so much for trusting and choosing Queen Ruizi.
Thank you for your help for the review as well,, it means a lot for us.
Looking forward to welcoming you again with us.
We had an amazing experience and such a fun time out on the water! I’ve been on several boat charters before, and this experience definitely stood out. From start to finish, the crew and staff were extremely professional, prompt, and clear with their communication, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The boat itself is beautiful — 65 feet with plenty of space, making it perfect for both small and large groups. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. We’ll definitely be renting again soon and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great charter experience!
