It was a pleasure to have Isis and her group aboard! I'll happily book her again any time.

I've been looking forward to this for my birthday for months and honestly felt overwhelmed the majority of the time. We were contacted by the captain once despite various attempts to contact anyone with information on the address or whether the weather was going to ruin the trip. We were given the wrong address and had to Uber to a new location which, again, was difficult to find. The boat could have been cleaner and within minutes I was locked in the bathroom because the handle broke. Throughout the entirety of the trip I was being told that the payments were never received through Sailo, that this was "something he should've checked before we left the dock", and that he was being told to receive our payment in full again while we were at the sandbar or we were going to need to return to the dock. Mind you, it was my birthday, and I was sending him ample evidence that the payments had been taken from me. This is something that should have been handled professionally via the owner, captain, and Sailo but, rather, I was frantically sending screenshots and contacting people while my friends swam in the ocean. At the end of the day, we were on a boat, but I was extremely underwhelmed by the trip and would recommend booking directly or with another charter. First charter experience and definitely my last time being the organizer.

Good sized boat for our group of 12. They helped accommodate requests and made it a fun experience.
