We had a great trip, and shout out to Jeremy for being a great Captain and host!

We were quite surprised by the client’s behavior. The client initially booked a trip for 6 guests but ended up adding an additional 18 guests at the last minute. There is a fee associated with extra guests, which we offered an important discount to her. Due to her issue with Zelle limitations, she requested to pay the remaining balance the day after the charter. We trusted her and agreed to this arrangement in writing.
The charter was successful, featuring our pristine Lagoon 560 catamaran, staffed with a professional crew of three, with food and drinks provided. However, we never received the payment the day after . Subsequently, the client filed a complaint in an attempt to justify her refusal to pay.
Her complaints were that the steps to board were difficult, that the steps leading to the toilets were inconvenient, and that the beach time was too short. We explained that we neither design nor build the catamarans, and that the Lagoon 560 is regarded as one of the best designs available. Additionally, beach time was limited due to the client booking only a half-day charter.
We take all complaints seriously, but in this case, the client’s concerns lacked foundation and appeared to be an attempt to avoid payment after we had extended trust and flexibility. This situation is very unfortunate.

This cruise was surrounded by happiness and fun, we sailed to a private nature preserve across long island sound,dropped anchor and played in the water near a sandy beach,beautiful sights and quiet location..

Elizabeth and her crew were an absolute pleasure to have aboard. Any captain would be lucky to sail with them!

We had a lovely boat ride. Unfortunately the captain didn't speak a word of English so it was hard to communicate during the boat ride. The captain was very profesional and nice but communication was hard. If you value a captain who can give you a tour and tell you something about your surroundings, make sure you get a captain who speaks English. Otherwise, I would totally recommend Humberto as he was very nice and professional.
