This was the worst experience ever and I will never book with them again.
We were running late and kept the captain informed of us running 30 minutes late due to traffic on the highway. I’m am very dissatisfied and disappointed of how everything went specially the way we were treated by captain Yuri.
#1 captain Yuri made sure to get a $200 tip from me before getting comfortable in the boat. I thought tip was optional and we could’ve tip as much as we wanted not the caption telling me exactly how much to zelle him before we even put our stuff down in the boat.
#2 captain Yuri was very unprofessional, nasty, rude, and demanding. All he did was yell at us the whole trip and made all of us feel very uncomfortable.
#3 Customer service was a big disappointment and captain Yuri was not accommodating to us at all.
#4 captain Yuri turn off the radio on our way back before he even dock the boat for us to get out.
#5 Captain Yuri stick his middle finger to one of my colleague.
#6 As I was explaining to the assistant of how dissatisfied I was with captain Yuri services , he came downstairs and asked me if I had a problem with him. I tried to explain to him that his customer service wasn’t that great to us and I wasn’t happy at all then he proceeded to raise to his voice at me, he wouldn’t let me finish speak to him then told me to get the hell out of his boat.
I even explained to him I understand we were late that will get taken off of our 4 hours which we were ok with but he was still extremely nasty to us.
If you are booking this yacht whatever you do DO NOT book captain Yuri even if they recommend him in the documents you will be signing! Anything that you do will set him off! He has a very short temper and he’s extremely disrespectful and has no patience.

We were a group of 3 families with kids ages 8-18 on a RC cruise that stopped in Nassau from 1:30-7:30 pm. We chartered the yacht for 4 hours but from 2-6 pm. However, we were late getting off the ship due to long lines and had an issue finding our ride. Unfortunately, I did not buy WiFi on the ship so I didn't see the communication from the owner to look for a dingy (I was looking for a bus!) We lost almost an hour of our time by the time we met the captain and was taken to the yacht. Everything was great after we got on the yacht. Drew and his assistant Victoria was very accommodating and a pleasure the entire trip. He took us to Rose Island for about an hour to do what we wanted - kayaking, snorkeling, high-jumping off the yacht, and even got pulled on a raft attached to a dingy. It was a blast! The ride back was relaxing as we caught some sun laying out on the front of the yacht. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just make sure to get all the pick-up details if you're on a cruise with no wifi prior to your trip!!

Booking with Yasniel was the best. There was an issue with the boat we initially rented. Yasniel communicated with us promptly and was able to get us a bigger and better boat.

Captain Daniel was a vibe and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I will definitely be booking again!

Captain Chris and Emily were amazing and literally life savers. We had a great time, will definitely be booking again.
