    Having chartered in Miami multiple times, this was by far the worst experience. The Captain appeared dismissive from the moment we boarded and multiple guests felt his professionalism and customer service was severely lacking. When prompting on swimming locations and route, the Captain was very inflexible and refused nearby locations all other charters have taken us to in the past. Beyond this, we were refused use of the in-built yacht speakers and instead were given a hand-held device. Finally, we docked 10-15mins before the end of our booking but nonetheless received very apparent pressure to pack up and disembark. I have received various comments from my guests over the past week that the atmosphere was ruined by our Captain.
