The boat was incredible and spacious, but the suggested 15-20% tip became a mandatory 20% service fee (tip) which is a little absurd as the captain did not interact with us much. He interacted in the beginning to help us on the boat & ensure his payment, however for the rest of the trip he was on his phone the entire time. One of the passengers asked to go to a specific area and according to the captain he did but never communicated it to us. He took us to the same island twice instead.
