Anthony and his family were really nice and gentle folks. The sunset sail was gentle as well. We sailed back into Sag Harbor and picked up the mooring just as a magnificent July 4th fireworks display began right in front of us. After the fireworks show mother nature was not to be outdone though, and a very strong thunderstorm with wind to 50kts persisted for over an hour. The family stayed dry and with high spirits in the comfort of ALYAN’s main salon. Eventually, the wind and rain let up, and we made our way to shore in the tender. It was an exciting adventure that ended well and they will never forget.
