We had a great captain and a wonderful time. This was much better than I dreamed.
We will definitely use David next time we need a boat in the USVI/BVI.

We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday with our entire family (8 adults and 6 cousins), and this afternoon aboard the Goa with FLOAT Boat Adventure Puerto Vallarta was hands-down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Mexico — or anywhere.

Captain Fernando and his incredible crew, Abraham and Irvin, were absolute pros: warm, gracious, knowledgeable, endlessly attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. From the moment we stepped onboard, every detail was handled. Glasses were never empty, the vibe was relaxed but polished, and the hospitality felt heartfelt — not scripted.

Now let’s talk about the food… because WOW.
This was not “boat food.” This was chef-level coastal Mexican cuisine:
* Multiple fresh ceviches (mahi-mahi and shrimp)
* Silky fresh tuna sashimi paired with Captain Fernando’s secret sauce (we begged for the recipe — and no, we’re not sharing 😉)
* Quesadillas and chicken fajitas that disappeared instantly once the kids got out of the water
Everything was fresh, authentic, beautifully prepared, and generously served.
The crew found us a perfect anchoring spot with calm, crystal-clear water. Paddleboards, snorkeling gear, floats — all in play. Kids were jumping off the decks, adults floating with margaritas, music playing… pure joy.

And then — as if the day wasn’t already perfect — the whales arrived.
Right before sunset we witnessed multiple breaches, tail slaps, and whale sightings all across the bay. Add golden light, great music, margaritas in hand, and your entire family together? Absolute magic.

This was truly a trip of a lifetime and one we will never forget. If you’re lucky enough to get Fernando, Abraham, and Irvin, you’re in the very best hands.

Our trip with this yacht and crew was incredible! Danny, Caesar, and Tony(Floaty) kept our group well entertained, safe, and took us for a great day on the water. We will definitely be back!
