    Great spacious yacht well worth the money! The captains were awesome and Jorge was a great responsive, helpful, and respectful host. Thanks again!

    Only gave 3 stars because the communication with Yasniel was horrible. It took him a very long time to reply to my messages (we had to change the date of our boat tour due to bad weather) and he also made a mistake on the time of departure. (I had said noon but he thought it was 2pm…)
    So we came at noon and there was nobody to welcome us. Finally the manager came and called a captain. We departed 45 min later.
    In the end, JAVIER our captain was amazing and he saved the day. What started out as a stressful day was forgotten because Javier made the tour so fun and interesting.

    We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your trip. Despite the original booking not meeting the criteria for a weather-related reschedule (as rain chances were below the required 80%), we made the exception to reschedule as a courtesy to you. Additionally, we worked to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability and responded promptly.

    On the day of your tour, we ensured that your wait time at the marina was minimized, which, in total, lasted from 12:15 PM to 12:40 PM (approximately 30 minutes). To make your wait more comfortable, we also provided a complimentary bottle of champagne as a gesture of goodwill.

    We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour with Javier and that he was able to turn the day around for you. We always strive to ensure our guests have the best possible experience, and we hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience next time.

    Captain Aaron could not have been more responsive communicating before the trip, more welcoming during the trip, nor could he have provided a better overall experience. We had a fantastic day. We would definitely do another boat excursion with Captain Aaron again in the future. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!
