Absolutely unacceptable poor service from Sailo. They failed to communicate with charter company causing major disruption as our Genoa broke and they kept information from us that charter company was sending to help us get the situation resolved.
If Sailo cannot provide a service, shouldn't be charging for it and take responsibility.
I am not recommending this site to anyone!!! Please avoid at all expense -
