My experience with Elena was terrible. The boat location was changed the day of. Very last minute. Then the original yacht I paid for wasn’t operating and our wait time was pushed back an additional 2 hours. We were offered another boat to get on, and the customer service was terrible. Angelo was very rude and had many disrespectful and inappropriate comments. Elena did not offer any money off or any compensation for the inconvenience.
