Dena and her friends were great guest I would love to have them again.

Overall I would have to give this experience a 2/5 stars - there were quite a few issues, which you simply do not expect when you are paying close to 3 thousand dollars for an experience like this. To start off, the boat came in late - I had booked an 8 hour charter and there was emphasis on getting to the dock by 1030 am, which all 10 of my guests complied with. The boat came in around 1045-11am and we did not leave until close to 1130am-Noon time. This means I already lost 1.5 hours of an 8 hour charter (450$ equivalent). To make matters worse, the boat came in with a very insensitive political statement demonstrating a large Trump flag in the back. Granted, I am not political at all but this was incredibly insensitive and unprofessional and most of my guests were upset. There is no need to make any sort of political statement when you are chartering your boat out and your customer is paying a great deal of money for this experience - simply keep politics out of it and demonstrate respect to your customers (as you do not know what they believe in, etc). Ultimately, we all had a decent time on the boat despite some issues with communication and disrespect from JC, our captain - despite this, no hard feelings and I certainly believed both JC and Natalia deserved a tip for their time spent catering to my party (this view was certainly was not shared by some of my guests). Although the overall rating would only be 2/5 for the experience, all the other aspects of the boat were accurate to how they are described on Sailo (Pictures included).

Frank's boat ride was nothing short of amazing. He made us feel welcomed and was very accommodating.
