Excellent group , we recommend to others boats charters 👍

We were extremely disappointed to walk up to the boat the morning of our charter to find out we were given the wrong boat! We were given a boat SIMILAR to the photos (same size and model) but different finishes and colors. We specifically selected this boat for a photo shoot (which was communicated) because of the all white seating on both levels and white exterior. When we brought this to their attention we were only given a 12% ($500) refund and there was no other option for us at the time. Our entire crew, models, etc. were there and ready with full hair and makeup and a ton of equipment.

Also, after our charter the company posted photos from the photo shoot on their company Instagram page with the talent, owners of the company and everyone's faces without any permissions and were told that this was a new product release and people were not allowed to post - our internal team included!

Overall, very disappointed that there was nothing more that could be done and ended up costing us a ton of extra money in retouching to make this specific boat look presentable and go with our product. Would have appreciated some understanding from our contact, but it was brushed off like it didn't matter and like our charter and this mishap was not important.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Everyone loved the boat and it was the best birthday experience ever.

The crew was great. We got an important safety briefing at the start which I appreciated and then they were so chill. We got amazing pictures on the boat and there was so much space downstairs to store our things.
