Ellis is the owner of the company, he will not be your captain. Overall it was a good experience. He didn't contact me to give me a location or time until the day before our trip. I had to message him and call him to get answers from him.. They were extremely disorganized. I didn't get the address of the port we were meeting at until the morning of our trip. Which was annoying. Once there everything was fine. We were promised going to different islands in PR and we only went to one, I had to ask the captain when we were going to the other islands and he got mad when I asked. He said he didn't want to go, he was too busy hanging out with the other captains at the beach. He called his boss and complained about us. We respected his decision. When we got back I told the owner of the boat I was unhappy we didn't go to different islands and he pretty much said too bad and I still had to pay for the gas of the boat, which was a lot of money, considering the fact that it took 10 minutes to get to the one island we went too. Overall it was a good experience, this company just seems extremely disorganized.
Had an amazing time in this boat ride, owner was very fun, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
