Andy and Renee were fabulous boat hosts and we actually got to relax with them briefly as we loaded luggage onto the vessel.
In addition, they were kind enough to personally stock our provisions onto the boat when we had Publix deliver groceries, etc to their doorstep.
The boat is absolutely outstanding - no wonder the critics all adored it when Fountaine Pajot released it. Beds were comfortable and there is a lot of area to "be together" as well as a lot of area to "escape each other"
Every amenity, every pot and pan, every utensil, every linen, towel, pillow - anything you'd want if you're cruising for 7 days were all supplied and easily accessible.
We absolutely can't wait for our next trip on this vessel!
Had a great experience overall but the beginning to get ahold of the host on the phone and the crew was very disorganized. I kept getting different numbers to call captain, crew member, another number and when I did they didn't speak English. Think this would be less of an issue for Spanish speakers. At one point I thought it wasn't going to happen because I kept getting passed different numbers and when I called, communicated was bad due to language barrier and also, the fact that I wasn't told where to meet the captain made it especially confusing. So what happened was, we found him by asking a guy walking by and it ended up being the captain. So I guess we got lucky. Never spoke to Alejandra on the phone, only text because she said she was on a boat and couldn't speak due to noise but would have been much better if she had the captain call or text me to tell me his location. This caused about a fifteen min. delay on top of me being there 30 mins early from the boat start time.
Overall, the trip was enjoyable, clean boat, and nice crew after the mishaps.

We had a wonderful time on board the Shogun. Chris and Geo took us around on a scenic ride and brought us to monument island where we had a ton of fun swimming and in the water. One of our friends actually dropped her phone in the water and Chris dived down 8 feet to retrieve it (and the phone still worked)! So huge props for that. The boat itself was perfect - great front area to lounge on, speaker systems, bathroom, and ice box for drinks and food. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing experience! Our captain was a whole vibe and was beyond nice. Everything we needed was on the boat and we all had a great time. Will definitely book again
