Great boat. Great staff! Had lots of fun.
Planned the boat trip and boat was indeed as described. However, Yuri was not the friendliest captain! Alana was kind, but I most certainly would never use them again. Yuri also rushed us off of the boat 15 min early and escorted us to a gate with not one word said. He essentially put 8 woman on a sidewalk with no instructions. Look for another boat if your looking for friendliness and great customer service. Again unprofessionalism at the highest level!
Captain was drunk and appeared to be living on the vessel. Disgusting boat that smelled like urine and not at all the one that is displayed in the photo. When you have a complaint to log with the owner she says she’s out of the country. I would never book with this person ever again nor would I ever use this website again since they allow a con artist to use this site after multiple reviews that discredit this individual. Horrible experience that ruined my entire birthday celebration.
