I appreciated the rapid response in communications, especially since our original charter had to cancel 3 days prior to sail date.

Want to mention that Sailo customer service was excellent in facilitating in the search for a new charter in such short notice, we easily text back and forth and the refund process was also seamless.

The captain and crew member were very accommodating and respectful. One of our floats started floating away before we got to tie it and the captain was nice enough to take his smaller boat out to rescue our float, much appreciate! We all wished we could have been able to get closer to the sandbar where the "party" was happening but captain mentioned we couldn't. If you plan to drive a vehicle, either valet it at one of the restaurants or make sure to get the marina parking pass a day in advanced, the parking was a nightmare at the marina and took us abot 25min to park, not the captains fault but wanted to mention for time saving sake.

We were all generally please with the charter.
However, only critiques are the accuracy of the boat's pictures (it could really use some touch ups) and details stated in description that are to be provided. The cabin area was very dark, dingy and kind of creepy. There was no ice or water as described, thank goodness we brought our own. The bluetooth stereo wasn't very loud, you may want to consider bringing your own.

Other than that, our group had a great time, hard not to have a good time with perfect Miami weather, a great group of friends and some sunshine. Happy Sailings!

I had such a great time celebrating my birthday with 11 close friends on this boat! It was the perfect thing to do for social distancing. The boat is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Captain Peter and his wife were so nice and accommodating to me & my party. I will definitely recommend this boat to others and look forward to booking another trip in the near future.
