This was a 5 star experience for sure!!! Being that we are from out of town , we were somewhat apprehensive about prepaying for a rental that we hadn’t seen. Many online boat rental companies use bait and switch techniques and the boat they advertise is NOT the one you pay for. This was not the case for Eddie’s boat! It was exactly as pictured. He was responsive to every email, even after we paid. Many reviews I read from other companies say that when you are inquiring the owner is responsive, but once paid you don’t get your questions or concerns answered. I’d like to say that Eddie answered EVERY question I had. The captains on the boat were the HIGHLIGHT of the entire experience!!!! Captain Angel was punctual and came out to greet us with a smile. He helped our group of 3 on board and made us aware of all safety measures on the boat. He assisted us each and every time we went from the from the back to the front and even popped champagne and poured it for us!!! On top of that he was ready to take great pics of us at the most beautiful stops along the way. He laughed and sang with us but NEVER made us feel uncomfortable. He was the best. The only advice I have for people who book with Eddie is there is no sign or direction given once you arrive at the “marina”. Therefore once you arrive, email Eddie and wait at the gate. The captain will come out and get you right on time. This made us a little confused because we didn’t know where to stand or where to enter from as again there was no sign saying Marina or directive given when booking. I have family who live in Miami and I’m referring them all!!!
