The crew was on top of their game. Everything was on time and they even had a catering company for dinner. Highly recommended.
Natalia and John were very accommodating to special requests and responsive to questions and concerns. Our party left a tripod and they made sure to search and arrange for a way to return the item back to us. There was an issue with the third party captain hired for the day but the owners of the boat were open to hear our opinions about the matter. They assured us that they would fix the issue and offered incentives for future trips. The best price for definite experience when one is in Miami, and no hidden or additional fees.
Captain Tee was great! Very hospitable and laid back. We booked for a group of 7 friends to celebrate a birthday. The boat is nice and clean, and has a great sound system. He was very prompt with the communication which helped a ton with booking and getting there. Highly recommend!
