Where to begin. I booked my boat almost a month in advance of my 30th birthday. A few weeks prior I received a call from Zev asking if I would like to push my reservation back from 1-5pm to 3-7pm instead. I told him no I would like to keep my reservation as is. Communication was great prior to my booking date. He was very responsive via email and sailo. A few days before my reservation he sent an email letting me know the boarding dock changed. The day of my boat party I received a call saying that my location to dock changed again just an hour beforehand. I let them know I'd need an extra 30mins for some of my guest to arrive do to the distance in the change. The lady who called me said she would try to make that happen. I was on the highway when I received a text, not a call, letting me know my boat was leaking oil on its way to the new dock and I could reschedule. I called the woman back and told her rescheduling was not an option. She told me she would find me a new boat. I received the new address and sent it to my guest. But this boat didn't include the jet ski which was my main reason for booking with Zev. I called the woman again and let her know that was unacceptable and by now my extra 30mins to get to this 4th location had just about run out. She said she would make some calls and find me a boat with a jet ski included for at least an hour. This truly pissed me off because I could have paid for a different boat with another company for much less than what I paid for my original reservation and just added a jet ski for an hour at a lower cost. The lady called back again to let me know she found a boat with the jet ski included for 1 hour from 130-530pm. The problem was the location would again cause my guest and myself to head about 20mins from where we were headed. So I told her at this point I can't get there until 2pm the earliest. She said ok and then called back 10mins later with another address but let me know we could use this boat from 2pm-6pm with the jet ski for an hour. I couldn't even board at 2pm because I had guest stuck in traffic do to all the switching of locations. Not only was I cheated out of 3hrs worth of potential jet ski time, I was also cheated out of 30+mins of time on the water because they didnt have anything in place as they were supposed to. I honestly feel like my original boat was double booked and that's why I was asked to push my reservation back. I would NEVER recommend this company for any event based on my experience. If it wasn't for the fact that I had guest from out of town here with me to celebrate on top of the fact that had already spent so much on liquor, drinks, food, and my outfit I would have certainly asked for my money back. And to top it all off the captin told me in order to bring my hookah on board I'd need to give him a $1000 deposit that I could get back "IF" I didn't leave any burns on his boat. (His boat that according to him already had burns in various locations from previous guess who brought their hookahs on-board.)
Our 4 hour birthday boat trip was absolutely perfect. It could not have been better. The boat itself is amazing: beautiful, large, clean, well-equipped, a real yacht. Peter and Jennifer were perfect hosts: charming, helpful, willing to do anything to accomodate us. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough. You will not be disappointed. What a lovely experience!

Chris and his party were great. We enjoyed having them on board and looking forward to having them again.
It was a great day and I had the opportunity to share with Brian and his whole family, thank you very much for being part of our team
My husband booked Keith to take my family and I out for an evening boat ride on my 40th birthday after returning to the area after several years away. I was hoping to see a lot of wildlife and the bioluminescence in the water, which I had never seen despite growing up in the area and living here for 25 years. Keith did not disappoint! We set off just after 6:30 pm, which was still early enough to see lots of birds along the mangroves and docks of the homes, as well as several dolphins. Keith explained that while it would still be too light out to see the bioluminescence by the end of our schedule sail time, he would be happy to extend by another hour for a reasonable price to allow time for it to get really dark. We were so happy we did! Not only was the bioluminescence so beautiful and amazing to see, but while we were out, a large group of around 10 dolphins decided to play in the wake of the boat on either side. My family and I agreed that seeing such a large group of dolphins playing and jumping out of bright glowing blue water was really an unforgettable experience for us! Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything while we were out, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be contacting Keith again for future boating experiences. Thank you, Keith, for making my birthday such a memorable one!
