We were really disappointed with this charter. The boat has a lot of deferred maintenance. It doesn't show well in person - lots of dirty/moldy/ripped cushions, and general grime and dullness aboard. The crew was kind, but not terribly attentive. Our catering was not presented in the typical fashion aboard charters. It was served from boxes. Nothing was re-plated. Our glasses stayed empty most of the trip - we'd always have to signal for more. And by glasses I mean solo cups. Due to weather, we attempted to depart 30 minutes to an hour later than scheduled. However, they told us they would not be able to accommodate. But then when the catering company contacted them for delivery - they gave the wrong time. So we arrived on time - but then had to wait a half hour for catering due to the miscommunication on the boat's management. However - Most concerning is the boat's passerelle. It doesn't fully close and an extremely sharp metal door that conceals the gangway doesn't shut and protrudes out from under a step. We were not warned about this and two people on our charter ended up terribly bloody. When it happened, the crew said that they've been asking the boat's owners to fix this issue for months...so it seems that everyone has been aware of this safety issue and nothing has been done. We've charted boats for years in Miami and around the world - there are lots of other great ones. I'd pass on this one for sure.
