The renter refused to pay a landing fee that was mandated at the hotel that he was staying at. We were forced to accommodate by picking him up at location that was unsafe.
There were also a few broken pieces on the boat from this gas its charter.
Would not charter again
Moe's group were great guests--easy to communicate with and left the boat in excellent condition. They are all welcome back.
We were 14 of us and choices for a boat were limited. We were in Miami to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. We booked this months in advance. Captain Nick was late in picking us up from the Pier but he made up for the time lost and gave us our 3 hours of paid time for the boat. He also was not very happy in taking us to the itinerary we had agreed on with the booking company.
At the end of the trip, we lost a iPhone/wallet. Unfortunately, the Captain and his assistant were not cooperative and were so mean and rude. They were not helpful in letting us search the boat and all cabins thoroughly. The assistant especially was in a rush to leave and hose down the boat. She was such a mean woman. Next day we called the Captain and requested to speak to this assistant. It took her two days to respond to us. We had no choice but to file a police report. The water was calm and the boat was not rocking. The phone mysteriously vanished.
Eric was awesome, and the boat was stunning! We had a magical sunset cruise, couldn't have asked for a better trip.
