For this review, I had to take my time, I take reviews very serious and this is one of those that I take to my heart, initially I was skeptical about everything because it was my first time using Sailo.com and I also received calls from someone I didn't know who it was, so I was scared. But then it was all clarified by JOHN about the mixup. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted dinner on the ocean with the sunset views and all that comes with it, first time experience for my wife and myself too. JOHN is Awesome! If you booking this yatch for any reason make sure you ask for JOHN, the yatch was decorated for the event, it was so clean, music to welcome my wife on board and a great lady made videos and pictures. Captain was awesome! John had meal arranged on board, free champagne and we played our own music all through the trip, it was a wonderful experience, we sailed around the city great spots, the cake for my wife birthday was great, meal wonderful. JOHN JOHN JOHN!!! You are WONDERFUL!!! I will choose you and your service a million times. I have NO bad comment. I repeat ask for JOHN! Everyone deserves an experience of such with great service from John. My wife loved it and enjoyed every second of it and even want more, she can't stop talking about it to me and her friends.
