Yasniel was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my booking process and until the completion of the trip. The boat was as shown in pictures and we had a great time on it, we even got to see some dolphins!! We started a little bit later than scheduled but Adiel (our captain) had informed us ahead of time about this and it wasn't an issue for us. One thing I would add is even though the boat can accommodate 12 people, it can only sit 4-5 comfortably in the front area of the boat, there is a back area where people can sit comfortably and hang out. The bathroom is a really nice touch and good to have.
Yasniel provides a superior customer service and will rent with him again when in Miami.
This boat trip was a life-long memory for our party! Everyone had a BLAST and the captain and his colleague were phenomenal. Captain Hayes kept the party going and was so funny and helpful. David, the colleague, even found my husband's ring that had fallen in the ocean! 10 out of 10, would recommend to all!
