This is a customer you cannot please. They were 20-30 min late, each party coming in after another. Their full party was finally on board about 30 min late. From the time the entire party gets on board it takes about 30 min to get underway and that’s why we left an hour late. It takes 30 min to take off the shore cord, turn on the generator, take out the water hose, sign the bareboat contract and do the safety speech. Every customer should know that from the time their entire group gets to the boat it will be 30 min from then that we will depart. I thought they had a great time and we gave them the entire hour back even though they were late.
Great boat! Very clean and equipped with snorkeling equipment and inner tubes etc. Andrew was a great captain, we snorkeled with turtles and then he took us to a private beach. Very Enjoyable day trip!!
We had a great time! The captain and stew were super nice and attentive. And the boat is super nice.
We did a sunset sail and it was amazing! Jimbo was a great captain and I'd highly recommend his tour to anyone.
