I usually don't complete reviews for services unless they are extraordinary. This one with Captain Jonathan was just that. It was my family's last night before sending our oldest off to her freshman year of college. Jonathan made sure the cruise was memorable event though the wind was not favorable that night. We recently had the pleasure of taking Justine out for a private evening as part of an experience we organized for a major brand in the entertainment industry, and it was truly wonderful from beginning to end.
From the booking process, Ann was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. She made everything feel easy and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process, which was especially important when coordinating an experience for an important client.
Once on board, the crew was fantastic. They were attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, even when we had a few last-minute requests and changes. They were always happy to help and made the evening feel effortless.
The food was delicious, and one of the highlights was being able to get so close to the Statue of Liberty. We asked if we could get a little closer, and they made it happen — we ended up seeing it from much closer than we ever imagined!
I’ll be completely honest: when I first booked the experience, I was a little nervous about whether everything would be legitimate and whether the quality would live up to what we were expecting. It ended up being the complete opposite. Everything was professional, well organized, and exceeded our expectations.
It was a beautiful evening and a memorable experience for everyone. We’re very grateful to Ann and the entire crew for taking such great care of us!
