Firstly, the client was completely irresponsible, he was rude, aggressive, we had to tell him that we would call the police because he went crazy, screaming and wanted to attack the people who were in the boat, everything happened because the lid of the bathroom was damaged by his guests, at the moment we informed him of this, the client went crazy, I clarified that the client was in a state of intoxication and in addition to this he was under the influence of drugs, since during the entire rental he was the one who consumed with his guests.
The rental was excellent, because we provide an incredible service, we have EVIDENCE of this, since the boat has security cameras, and at all times it was a success, in addition to the fact that we have videos that the clients posted on their Instagram in which they declare that the rent was magnificent, apart from this we also have photos, everything was wonderful.
Another thing to clarify was that we never take any glass, decoration, gifts that the client brings, that is false, since we have glasses and others in our boat that we always give to customers, so we do NOT take anything, for another part, about the charger, my captain saw the exact moment in which the mother of the client David took the charger and kept it for him, so I don't have to keep any charger or anything.
The captain at no time consumed anything, nor was he under the influence of anything, nor did he ingest anything, he was completely clean. He only had his electronic cigarette, and that was it, BECAUSE I WAS PRESENT, so I can vouch for that.
