My family and I had such a wonderful time! Tatiana was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. Captain Andrew was very professional and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. He really took the time and showed us all the amazing sites and was very knowledgeable. We opted for the sightseeing tour and it was fantastic. Beautiful scenery and a relaxing ride. We stopped by an island where we got off the boat to swim. Captain Andrew helped us and ensured our safety. We are not good swimmers and he even provided us with noddles to ease us into the waters. The boat was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this team. A beautiful relaxing boat day for our family.
Starting with Yisset (the owner): very reponsive, understanding of my many questions, and patient with me being a "newbie" to this whole boat rental thing.
I received quick responses to emails, and when we spoke on the phone, I felt very comfortable with Yisset; she's professional and also has that special, warm personality that goes a long way when it comes to the hospitality business!
Onto the outstanding Captain and First Mate team of Nicanor and Suset: I chose them because of their great reviews and I'm happy to add yet another one!
Nicanor and Suset worked together to first lay down the ground rules for our safety and respecting the boat; then they consulted with us to make sure we sailed a fun route with amazing scenery and sights.
Suset even helped take pictures of us; and l mean great pictures! She captured moments and memories that we'll all treasure for a long, long time!
I probably should have said this before, but this was a birthday cruise, for MY birthday. Thanks to Nicanor and Suset, I'd 100% rate this experience in my top 3 birthday events!
