We arrived at the dock, The boat was dirty so we wiped down the cushions , the inside of the cooler was filthy so we cleaned it. The boat started up and the engine lite came on. We called Christian and he was very responsive, he said we had to clean out the engine tubes. We opened the tubes they were placed with seaweed and one had a plastic bag embedded around a metal shaft. We spent about an hour cleaning, no luck engine lite was still on at start, but now the screen lit up with CHECK ENGINE STOP ENGINE CONSULT A YAMAHA DEALER. At that point after spending 2 hrs we called and canceled we let SAILO and Christian know that this boat is not safe to run, However SAILO kept telling us to keep cleaning the engine tubes. If you are going to rent a boat for $900.00 for the day, It should be clean and in perfect running condition, just the facts

We had a fantastic time with Captain Lee and Marisol for or company outing. They were prompt, responsive, and comprehensive with the security and offerings they provided. The cleanliness and sound system on the yacht was fantastic and there was ample room for our team of 7 to roam and enjoy the sights.
