Firstly, the client was informed days before the reservation of the information prior to his trip, we also sent him all the cost details on the page, he was never charged additional, nor extra values to those mentioned, only what was mentioned in the page, was what the client had to pay.
The communication was sustained, in the same way in which the client gave us an answer, details were correctly informed after his trip.
Truly, our effort and dedication is from a whole large team, and we are affected by comments that are not correct, the client had information after the trip with details and more, so we ask that you be honest in your review since we cannot see each other affected by false comments. Thanks.
