the Owner was extremely responsive and very helpful, getting everything reserved was very smooth and easy. Captain Miguel was amazing as well. Super nice and helpful with the kids as well. Have rented many boats over the years in Miami and this one was 5 star all around.

My girls and I came to Florida for a bachelorette party and we are beyond thrilled that we booked a boat day with Norma! She was always very responsive and organized. Never had an issue with communication. Our captain (Captain Jorge) and first mate (Kiara) were amazing during our boat trip. Captain Jorge always made sure we had the opportunity to take pictures and enjoy ourselves. Kiara always made sure we had great music playing, food out on the table and drinks in our hand! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and then had time to get into the water to hang out. The pictures showed exactly how the boat was and the boat was very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a boat day and we will definitely book again!
