Had such a great experience!

While our trip was scheduled on during a hurricane, Dani went above and beyond for us. She responds quickly and very considerate and kind. Shout out to Armando and his wife who he loves very very.

I wasn’t properly greeted when I met face to face with the captain.

My first encounter with captain Andrew was him yelling that I couldn’t park in the condo parking.

He never redirected me to park somewhere else.Then we get in the boat and he immediately tells me in front of the group that I had to pay an additional $80 for the extra person which was my son, and $50! For gas.

After that it was one rule after another about the boat that was nice but a bit small to move around.

We weren’t aloud to decorate the cabin with birthday supplies like I was hoping for my wife’s surprise birthday party.

On top of that we couldn’t eat in the cabin which makes no sense if there’s a small kitchen and table in it.

And when we tried to put the cake in the fridge I was yelled at by captain Andrew not to open the fridge, because it not permitted.

My guest were uncomfortable and on eggshells wondering what outburst would come next.

And when we stationed at the sandbar captain Andrew locks himself in the cabin making difficult for the guests to enter to use the bathroom or grab a drink.

This felt really unpleasant and took away from the over all experience I was really hoping for.

I most definitely not recommend anyone or come back in the future.
