This was an incredible boat experience! Excellent service, lovely staff and beautiful views of the city. Highly recommend this trip with this staff - they treat you with kindness and respect while also providing a warm and happy atmosphere. Would definitely book again!!!

The boat, 5 stars. Amazing boat, great size, reliable, great for large groups.

The staff- professional. Anthony and his mate were professional.

We were late 45 mins and they waited for us patiently.

We did feel we were being rushed during the trip. We signed up for jet skis, by the time we arrived, we had 30 mins to play, instead we felt the captain really had to be back before the bridge closure. We didnt really understand these bridge closures since all boats were out and we found it strange that we didnt get an offer to extend?

Anyways after we decided not jet skis, we decided to drive back. The jet skis payment is suppose to be refunded but we are still waiting for that. Zelle is usually instant.

Extra amenities were paid, relaxing pool, towels, and these were never used or discussed .

We had an amazing experience with Mike as the captain. There was great communication on the front end. The boat was immaculate. Presentation of charcuterie was spot on. Mike is an exceptional guy and a knowledgeable captain. We can’t wait to book again!
