    We had a great trip! Captain was very nice and informative. Enjoyed all the sites along the Miami skyline!! Boat was very comfortable, relaxing, will definitely book again! Thank you so much! MaryJean

    Allen gets the gold star , He took care of all the guests , was very informed and tendered to the smallest details that really matter. All deck hands were great . Had very minimal interaction with the Capitan , not sure why a beach option was not allowed. Good navigation Capitan but lacked the customer satisfaction concern. Wished the yacht came with more toys or options even if it was to be an extra charge. The real major negative that I have to write about is the booking service Sailo , it took me almost all day and 3 different credit cards to book this because of the security measures in place and the inability to speak with a live person to run the transaction manually.
