Great guest…responsive and helpful.

Heather cancelled her photo shoot with me 1 hour before her scheduled booking due to her clients child getting sick. I am understanding and sympathetic to the unfortunate sickness she encountered however she left me financially responsible for her failure to show up leaving me to pay the taxes, docking fees, and detailing fees to have the yacht ready for her scheduled photo shoot. Once I sent her the invoice to pay the balance that she agreed to via the Sailo listing and booking she quit all communication. Her base booking via Sailo was non-refundable from a strict cancellation policy due to prevent this exact outcome. I am disappointed in her lack of communication and business ethics to complete our deal. i hope she reaches out to me to pay her balance and repair the relationship. It would be greatly appreciated.

The experience was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the marina, to the entire time on the boat—everything was handled so professionally and with great care to detail. This day out on the boat was a definite highlight to this trip to Puerto Rico. My friends and I highly recommend Miguel's charter. We'd happily repeat this next time we are down in Puerto Rico.
