    While the captain that took us out was very polite, the main contact on this account, someone named “Duke” kind of ignored us once we made the payment. First time using this site, but I assumed once booked a contact number would be given. And it was, but we texted twice on the day of and never heard back from “Duke”. Pretty disappointing to spend this kind of money just to be ignored once payment was sent. We had several questions to ask to make our trip a better experience but again, just ignored and it did hurt our experience. I wouldn’t plan on using Sailo with any type of confidence after this experience. But again, thank you to Oscar for being so kind.
