    The boat was absolutely beautiful and clean as a whistle! Captain DR and Mel were extremely friendly and professional and fun! Great day all around! I got their card bc I will 100% be returning!!!!!! Service and attention to detail was on point! Thank you for an AMAZING experience!!

    TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED!!!
    First there were no communication from Carlos until a day before the trip.
    Secondly, the boat that we ordered was NOT available, and we were informed only after many emails and SMS messages in the afternoon before our trip.
    We had to pay additional $500 (not the security deposit) to get the boat similar to what we ordered. and also were charged $300 for catering for 7 ppl that was offered at NO Charge.
