The group in general was good, the renter was problematic with the time of the tour, he arrived on time and part of the group arrived late, he did not understand that the start time is the reserved time and not when the entire group arrives, he wanted to hold us responsible Because of them arriving late when the responsibility was their group, the main tenant had the correct address and did not inform his group properly. He demanded a refund, when 2 passengers were still given a bonus.
