    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ONCE I GOT TO THE BOAT AND THEY HAD ME SIGN PAPERWORK TO GET ON THEN THE BOOKING MANAGER OF THE BOAT WAS TRYING TO EXTORT ME OUT OF MORE MONEY WHEN I HAD THE BOOKING RECEIPT ON ME SHOWING THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR EVERYTHING. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF SAILO IS FIGHTING TOOTH AND NAIL TO NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I USE THIS SCAMMING PLATFORM

    There was a last minute boat switch but we had an amazing time and the boat was lovely.

    Had a TERRIBLE experience with this booking. Drove 4 hours total to only realize that our charter was cancelled and despite multiple messages to owner no response and poor communication. Fortunately sailo stepped in and processed the refund, however it was a huge waste of our time and ruined our plans on NYE.
