The boat was great, clean and good service but the communication with the crew was not the best. They also did not want to sign an NDA that we required and we received an unexpectedly inhospitable response via text by the crew of the why’s they did not want to sign. We also asked for feedback of how the service went and we did not receive an answer.
(We had rented the boat for a third party, we are an event planning company).
I would give them a B+ as a grade.

Had an incredible time on this boat! Captain Chris and Juan were very professional and made sure we had the perfect sunset cruise. Boat was clean and had more than enough space for everyone on board. They made sure our drinks stayed cold and offered multiple times if we needed anything. Will definitely book with them again!
