Brandy and his family celebrated his birthday with us and they were a blast! observed the boat rules and followed captain/crew instructions. Captain Steven had a great time with brandy and his family! We would definitely love to them have them on board again! thank you Brandy!

While the communication was relatively decent, our trip was canceled the night before we were supposed to go. I understand mechanical issues arise, but this seemed a little fishy. Zack advised he could help book us through another owner or we could go on his other boat for an additional $1000. Now the good business practice would’ve been to take us out on his other boat for the same price. When we denied that, he found us another charter for the exact same price. The boat was smaller and not as new as the one we had booked. Zack didn’t refund us anything and said he would lay the other company himself. We had other things scheduled during our stay and said Thursday was the only day we were available after shuffling some things around. Everything was agreed upon and we thought we were set. Then late Tuesday the new charter said they double booked for Thursday and wanted us to go out Wednesday. Again we moved some things around and made it work. I signed the electronic contract that stated we could “cruise” and signed off on the physical paperwork on the boat which stated the crew fee was $400. We were all loaded up and the captain said he needed to call the office to verify everything. He came back to me and stated I owed an additional $700 because that is what Zack said was owed on our balance. I had already paid for the charter in full through Zack and the money owed was for the crew fee. They were not going to leave the dock until we paid. After a phone call it was determined that they would leave for $700 and their crew fee of $400 wasn’t valid. We also had issues on board when we asked to “cruise” for the last hour and a half. They refused to do so until they called the office again and after 45 minutes of going back and forth they took us on a slow drive back to the dock. I failed to mention the charter was a half hour late leaving the harbor.
