Amazing crew! They were very attentive and made it a great experience!
I recently went on a boat tour in Miami and had an amazing experience! The boat was clean, and captain Chris was super helpful throughout the trip. We got to see some incredible sights, including celebrity house tours and the downtown area. The views were absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this boat tour for anyone looking to have a great time on the water in Miami.
It was a real pleasure to have Ryan, his family and his friends onboard. The group of 23 people was easy, respectful and really fun. Thank you for choosing Amura and hope to see you onboard Amura again soon!!
From all the charters that I have been with the same group this was a different experience. Since the moment that we got there the first mate Sullyn was with attitude, she wanted to have control of EVERYTHING , OUR FOOD, DRINKS, she was making a lot of comments and that makes me and the group felt very uncomfortable. We felt like we can’t do anything without their permission, it was my birthday celebration and we wanted to have fun, we are all responsible adults and we were treated like kids. I appreciate her help, but not at the point of control every step that we did. Also, she used our food to feed the birds without our permission. I wanted to drink my wine and she told me that I couldn’t because was at the bottom of the cooler. She was very disrespectful with one of the guest just because he forgot and went downstairs with his drink, she took from the hands of another guest food without asking permission. The captain was apparently not in the mood, because was very serious, complaining in the phone for a contract.
In the others yacht that I have been, there’s no problems for anything, we can move with freedom and we have never received a complain from the Capitan or first mate.
ALSO, I sent them the TIP that for me was fair and they started making comments and I felt obligated to sent more TIP.
Overall the yacht is clean and in good conditions, but the staff needs to do better, in special that lady (Sullyn)
