Had a great time on the boat trip. I traveled along with 4 other friends and we all enjoyed the ride. We chose to do a 4 hour ride because 1 hour was being advertised as “free” if you did 4 or more which made our ride 5 hours. That was nice because we were able to travel during the cooler hours of the day, into our night. The owner communicated very well and our Captain Javier was very professional. He was knowledgeable, on time, and very helpful to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The only negative feedback I have to provide is that the “free” hour really isn’t free. We weren’t informed until after we made the reservation that we would be charged $50 more dollars for a Captain’s Fee, for the “free” hour. Total being $210 for Captain fees. He stated that it is standard. And if that is the case then it should be properly advertised to alleviate any confusion about the pricing. Nevertheless, we appreciate the experience and would recommend their services.

I wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent yacht rental with your company. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and we owe much of that to the outstanding service provided by Luis, our captain.

Luis went above and beyond to ensure that our time on the water was nothing short of extraordinary. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our trip. He took care of everything with precision and care, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the breathtaking views and luxurious amenities of the yacht.

What truly set this experience apart was Luis's warmth and kindness towards my children. He treated them like family from the moment we stepped on board, and his genuine care and enthusiasm for making sure they had a memorable experience did not go unnoticed.

Additionally, I must commend Luis on the impeccable cleanliness of the yacht. It was evident that he takes great pride in maintaining the vessel to the highest standards. Every surface gleamed, and every corner was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for us to enjoy.

Thanks to Luis's dedication to his craft and the pristine condition of the yacht, our day on the water was truly unforgettable. He is a valuable asset to your team, and we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories he helped create for our family.

We spent a great boat day with our family! The communication was great and the boat was beautiful and clean. The speakers were very good and we had a great captain. It was a memorable day and we got to visit Miami and swim in the beautiful water! Highly recommend
